Question for a Harley Mechanic:
I recently purchased a 2006 Softail Standard. It's stock except for a K&N air cleaner and Vance & Hines short shots. When getting on it, it pulls ok in first gear. However, in second gear, it seems to stumble at wide-open throttle. It clears out after shifting to third gear. The 2nd gear stumble concerns me. Any ideas? Carburetor? Jetting? Ignition? It has Sumax race wires on it with Accel spark plugs.
